Our Leadership Team
The Deeply Rooted Leadership Team seeks to encourage relationships between members and their children by developing an environment conducive to learning and play. We prayerfully work to offer interesting classes and finding just the right teacher for it. We also are your first contact should any issues arise.
Kristi Ryder
Kristi Ryder holds the record for the worst move ever: from California to Arkansas and then 16 houses down the street just a year later, and all with a smile on her face. Kristi is mom to three beautiful and spunky daughters, two of whom are homeschool graduates. She can make sense of Excel expense reports as well as any sewing pattern, but always takes time to listen and share God's wisdom when needed. Kristi loves her church family at Marshall Road Baptist, where her husband is pastor.
Kristi serves on the Leadership Team as treasurer.
Aimee Williams
Aimee Williams is a 11 year homeschool veteran mom of three young ladies. With a servant's heart, Aimee fills any and every roll on the Leadership Team as needed and throughout the co-op.
